Cancer & Caregiver Support Journey
Hearing the words “you have cancer” changes everything.
In a moment, life feels uncertain. Your body feels unfamiliar. Your emotions feel heavier than you expected. And while everyone tells you to be strong, what you truly need is someone who understands.
The Shenomenal 12-Month Cancer & Caregiver Support Journey was created so no woman walks this road alone and no caregiver suffers silently beside her.
This is not clinical.
This is not advice-driven.
This is relational, lived-experience support.
Each woman diagnosed with cancer is thoughtfully paired with a Shenomenal mentor who has walked a similar path. Not to teach. Not to fix. But to walk alongside her with compassion, gentleness, and understanding.
Because sometimes the most powerful support comes from someone who can say, “I remember that feeling.”
At the same time, we intentionally support the caregiver. The partner. The daughter. The friend. The one holding everything together while often neglecting themselves. Caregivers receive their own dedicated space, connection, and emotional support throughout the year because their healing matters too.
Over 12 months, we walk through three sacred phases rooted in the Shenomenal Framework:
She Stabilizes
In the early months, we focus on grounding. Emotional support circles. Gentle guidance through overwhelm. Care packets filled with care and dignity. A safe space to process fear, grief, and uncertainty.
She Honors
As the journey continues, we help her reconnect with herself. Through confidence restoration experiences, including our “I Am Still Beautiful” makeover and customized swimsuit experience for women navigating body changes after treatment, we honor the strength within her. We create space to grieve, to speak honestly, and to feel seen beyond the diagnosis.
She Expands
In the final months, we gently guide her toward hope. Toward vision. Toward reclaiming joy in ways that feel safe and authentic. The year culminates in a celebration retreat and recognition at the Shenomenal Gala, not as a survivor defined by hardship, but as a woman honored for her resilience.
Throughout the entire year, she is supported.
Her caregiver is supported.
And both are reminded they are not invisible.
This journey exists because lived experience matters. Because presence matters. Because celebration matters.
After the 12 months, you will graduate into the Shenomenal Alumni Sisterhood, an ongoing circle of support and empowerment.

A breast cancer survivorship and wellness experience fundraiser presented by Integral Wellness Boutique and benefiting the Shenomenal Foundation. Enjoy a live music concert, networking, and free mammogram screenings.
Shenomenal Gala - September 26, 2026
An elegant evening of purpose, celebration, and impact. The Shenomenal Gala honors women navigating cancer and the caregivers who walk beside them while raising essential funds to sustain our 12-Month Cancer & Caregiver Support Journey. Join us as we celebrate resilience, share powerful stories, and invest in life-changing support for women and families.
Bra Walk - March 2027
The Shenomenal BraWalk will be a wellness empowerment event and community experience celebrating courage, resilience, and whole-woman wellness. With resources spanning mental health, financial empowerment, physical and emotional well-being, and life coaching, the BraWalk will be a space for women to reconnect with their strength, access meaningful support, and take intentional steps toward living healthier, more empowered lives.
Message from our founder
Tasha Champion
Shenomenal began with a book. Shenomenal Women was an anthology of 23 courageous women who chose to release their excuses and rise through life’s most challenging moments. When the book became a #1 best seller on Amazon, something powerful happened. Women began to see themselves in those pages. They began to identify as Shenomenal. What started as a story became a movement.
My own journey through divorce, single motherhood without the benefit of co-parenting, learning to love and trust myself, and later navigating an aggressive breast cancer diagnosis awakened something deeper in me. I did not just want to survive. I wanted to heal. And I wanted other women to know they could heal too.
What began as a movement of self-love and sisterhood has now grown into intentional, long-term care for women walking through some of life’s most vulnerable seasons.
The Shenomenal Foundation was created to be more than inspiration. It is a home for women who need steadiness, community, and compassionate support when life feels uncertain. Through our signature 12-month mentorship experience rooted in our She Stabilizes, She Honors, She Expands framework, we walk alongside women diagnosed with cancer and their caregivers. We provide mentorship, emotional wellness support, restorative experiences, and meaningful connection so no woman feels alone in her journey.
We continue to serve underserved communities while holding a special heart for those impacted by breast cancer. Every space we create is designed with dignity, compassion, and whole-person care in mind.
This foundation is not charity. It is commitment. It is restoration. It is women walking with women through real life, real healing, and authentic connection.

The Shenomenal Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women diagnosed with cancer and the caregivers who walk beside them. Through lived-experience mentorship, emotional wellness support, and dignity-restoring experiences, we provide a 12-month journey of stabilization, honoring, and expansion so no woman faces this season alone.
We also extend support to women navigating significant life transitions, ensuring every woman has access to community, compassion, and transformative care.
