Rebuilding after treatment ends. Nationally available, no cost, no strict checklist. If you're not sure you qualify, apply anyway.

What Support Looks Like

Four ways we show up

Mentorship

A trusted person who's walked this road before, not just someone reading from a script.

Emotional Support

A place to be scared, angry, tired, or quiet, without having to perform strength for anyone.

Practical Care

Care packages, help navigating appointments, and support with the ordinary parts of life that don't pause for cancer.

Restorative Experiences

Moments built to help you reconnect with your body and confidence, including the "I Am Still Beautiful" makeover experience and a customized swimsuit fitting for women navigating body changes after treatment.

Why It's Different

Two ways to get through this. Only one keeps you from facing it alone.

The Standard Path

Clinical and medicalized
Advice-driven and prescriptive
Focused on fixing the patient
She carries the emotional weight by herself

The Shenomenal Way

Relational and human-centered
Rooted in lived-experience mentorship
Focused on showing up, with empathy
Caregivers included every step of the way
Your Year, in Three Seasons

She Stabilizes.
She Honors. She Expands.

I  ·  Early Months

She Stabilizes

We focus on grounding you. Emotional support, gentle guidance through overwhelm, and care packages that say someone is paying attention to you, not just your diagnosis.

II  ·  Mid-Year

She Honors

We make room for what your body, your identity, and your relationships have carried. Space to grieve. Space to speak plainly. Space to feel seen beyond the diagnosis.

III  ·  Final Months

She Expands

The focus turns toward what's next. Hope, confidence, and a future that holds more than survival.

What Happens After You Apply

No one hears "no" here.

Your application comes directly to Tasha Champion, founder of The SHEnomenal Foundation. She reviews it personally and follows up with you. There's no automated rejection and no disappearing into a system. If a mentor pairing isn't available the moment you apply, you'll still hear from us with next steps, not silence.

No One Should Read This Alone
I got the results.
What did they say?
It's cancer.
Oh, God. I'm so sorry.
I don't even know what I'm supposed to do next.
You don't have to know tonight. I'm here. I can come over, call, sit in silence... whatever you need.
Can you just stay on the phone with me for a while?
Of course.

This is the moment Shenomenal exists for.
